Initial Test post

This is the first test (demonstration) post.

The entire layout - background images, number of 'sidebar' columns and information contained can be altered ; "authors" added, and readership restricted. More "pages" can be added to the 'top tabs'.

"comments" may be available to all, not displayed, or "moderated" (in that the comments will be sent by email to selected 'authors' and not be published until approved).

Subsequent and/or 'final' layout details will need further detailed discussion between all interested persons.
